The cf-TNA (cell-free, 52 genes) pan-cancer, NGS intended for detecting genetic alterations in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and RNA.

Lavender (EDTA), pink (K2EDTA)
Patient Preparation
- Sample Collection: 2 Tubes / EDTA Blood / 2 mL per tube
- Specimen Preparation: Do not freeze. Transport 3 mL whole blood. (Min: 1 mL)
- Storage/Transport Temperature: Refrigerated
- Unacceptable Conditions
- Plasma or serum.
- Heparinized specimens.
- Frozen specimens in glass collection tubes.
- Remarks: –
- Stability: Ambient: 72 hours; Refrigerated: 1 week; Frozen: 1 month.
Methodology
Massively Parallel Sequencing: Comprehensive analysis of tumor-derived DNA and RNA, detecting multiple types of genetic alterations across more than 50 cancer-related genes, including: Single nucleotide variants (SNVs), Insertions/deletions (INDELs), Copy number variants (CNVs) and Gene fusions.
